page length limit?

I'm trying to move some fields down the page, but I get
the following error. I'm only 22 inches down the page.

The control or subform is too large for this location.
The number you entered for the left, top, height, or width
is too large or is a negative number.
Reduce the size of the control or subform control, or
enter a positive number.

Yep, 22 inches is the limit for a section. See below excerpt from Help
file.
