Is there a way to get a report to print the page header on
certain pages?

I have a report consisting of several sub-reports so I do
not how many pages the report will be. I do know that I
do not want the header to be print on the first page or
last page. The header should print on all other pages.

Set the Report's Page Header property to
Not with Rpt Hdr/Ftr.
It's on the Report property sheet's Format tab.
