Page header subreport issues

I have a Report that contains several subreports and some of those
contain subreports, I finally got the report formatted right but It was
missing the page header. I added a group header instead to one
subreport and my only problem is that the group header prints twice on
the first page. After that it prints fine on the following pages. I am
sure it is something small I am missing but I can't find the solution.
I have the following set on the group header
repeatsection=yes
cangrow = yes
canshrink=yes
Sorting and Grouping field expression = 1
