Page Formats

I have split my database, and I will soon distribute the FE to various users.

My issue is that the page formats I defined for the reports are not kept.
Example: If I defined my report (while developing the FE on my PC) to print
Landscape, when I transfer the FE to an other user it reverts back to the
default portrait.

Can this be avoided
