Page footers shown in document, but not in print preview or printo

I have footers in a document. I always set my margins the same (.5 for all)
and gutter (.3). Never have I had this problem. My document shows the
footers just fine, but when I hit print preview or actually print it out the
footers do not show.

What happened and how do I fix it?

Select the text and see if it is formatted as hidden (Font tab of
Format | Font). Clear the attribute. Then try Print Preview.
