my page file usage is spiking out constantly, how do i find whats causing this so i can stop it?

Check for virus, trojans, spyware and adware running in the background.

If the checks suggested by Rich Barry do not resolve the issue then
perhaps this is just a reflection of how heavily you are using the
computer.

further questions you might have. It would be helpful if your
response included some actual numbers regarding your page file size
and your RAM total.
