page fault in nonpaged area

Hello All, hopefully someone here might have an answer for
me. I have a system loaded with Windows XP Home Edition.
Keep getting a BSOD on startup that says
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area. I have already switch ram,
put in a new stick, and still get the same problem. Any
help would be great.
