page down in slider bar moving twice per each click

after upgrading to IE6, my slider bar on the right side of
my browser moves twice when I click to page down. Even
when I use the down arrow at the bottom of the slider, my
screen moved down 1 line twice per click. Any ideas?
 
Caused by a bug in the Q824145 patch. Click just under the slider in the
scrollbar or drag the slider.

You can uninstall the update and wait for the next one, but you'll be
re-opening a security hole.
