Page counter in footer

A long time ago, I asked about how to put a page counter in the footer
of a PPT presentation such that your pages/slides are numbered as "Page
1 of 12, Page 2 of 12" and so on. It was so long ago, that the response
is no longer accessible. Can anyone refresh my memory on how to do this?
