Page cannot be displayed error

I have tried everything I can think of to fix this error.
I cannot get to any secure websites. Tried to install the
fix with no luck. tells me I need to install 6.0, which I
have. When I try to reinstall it says that it hasnt
passed windows logo testing and closes. Help!
