page canno be displayed-from COGNOS drilldown

From the Cognos report, web report which is a PDF file,
when i try to drilldown to cognos query, the explorer says
the page cannot be displayed. IE version i am using is
6.0.2 and i am testing with Acrobat reader version 5 and 6.
