It may be a setting problem, but first delete your
Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. If that doesn't
work, try this. In Internet Explorer, choose
Tools>Internet Options>Settings. On this screen
choose "Every visit to the page." Click "Ok" and "Ok"
and try again. Let us know what happens.
