"Page by E-Mail" .html instead of .doc

i'm having a problem with IEX6, Win XP Prof. SP2.
When i open a Word Document (.doc) inside IEX and try to send this page by
e-mail, IEX attaches a .html file instead of a .doc file. the second problem
is, that you can't read this html file since it's somehow corrupted...

it worked fine whith XP Prof. SP1 but now with SP2, it's not working
anymore...

how can i fix this?
 
sorry...
outlook 2002. but on mozilla thunderbird it doesn't work either...

okay i'll try to get the answer there....
but i think it's not a outlook problem since it doesn't work on other
mail-clients either... :-/
