IE 6 print preview displays html code instead of page

IE 6 and some program help files display as html instead of the actual
page. I have searched for a solution to this problem for months without
any success. A complete reinstall od XP and SP2 doesn't correct this
problem. In many years of dealing with PC and OS problems this is the
first one that has really stumped me. Any help is greatly appreciated.
You can reply directly to me via email by removing the remove from my

Thanks!

Is the problem there before you install any other Web page?
Do you have an example URL?
