Page borders-word

It can't just be me! At all three computers I use on a regular basis, I am
having trouble with the page borders. I set a border and on the page it
looks like it surrrounds everything, but on the printed page and in print
preview, the bottom of the border is ALWAYS cut off. I have tried using page
setup, and my margins are all at the suggested spots, and I still have this
problem. I know it is not the printer, because I have used different
printers and this issue has appeared with all of them. Help!!!!

Are you sure the bottom border is within the bottom-
margin range of the printers? Are all the printers the
same brand? When I got a new brand of printer some
months ago, I had to move my footers up because the new
printer wouldn't print that close to the bottom edge of
the paper.
