Packard Bell theme

There is a packard bell theme on my packard bell computer
that covers the back, forward, stop etc buttons along the
top of internet explorer. how do i change this back to
normal? please help as this theme is terrible!

Start > Settings > Control Panel > click on "Add/Remove Programs"
Click on the "Windows Setup" tab > scroll down to "Desktop Themes"
Uncheck "Themes", you may be prompted for a reboot.
