Packaging some items...

Hi folks,

i would like to make a new Outlook Item or do it in the Contacts.
Doesn't matter.

I would like to have a view to a contact to see which items belongs to
a project.

Example:

I've got a contact and a few projects with this contact. In this
"projects" there could be messages, tasks, appointments, etc.

Is it possible to do this in Outlook Forms / VBScript or should I
create a Outlook Add-In?

Thank you very much in advance.

You may not need any additional programming at all. On each item that you want to link to that contact, just add the contact at the bottom in the Contacts box at the bottom of the item (or on the Options dialog for a message).

And what about getting some new "task names" under a contact which
contains these items?

Sorry, but I don't know what you mean by "task names."

Here is a example how I can to this with your solution:

Contact
- Items

And know I've got Items with several Contacts for one Item and I call
some items as a project. Example:

Projectname (relation to contacts)
- Items (relation to contacts)

In a contact it have to shown like this:

Contact
- Project1
-Items

- Project2
-Items

And it have to be possible to say that this projects are done or not.
Is this possible? The Problem is that I've got some Tasks with
Information from other Items and this items are related to this Tasks /
Projects. So If I want to get a message related to this project / task
I've to search for this message. But with this solution I'll have all
items for my task / project on one view and can see what we have
disscussed and so on.

I hope I explained it good.

Thank you very much in advance.

If I link the items to a contact and go to the specfied contact it have
to search all items every time. I think there is no Index for this. Is
it possible to create one?

Have you looked at the third party diary programs? They offer trials and at
least one has a manual you can read through to see if it can fulfil your
needs. (Pocket Informant/Agenda Fusion). Failing that have you looked at
other types of software like project planning?

No such index is built into Outlook. If you want to look at third-party indexing tools see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/search.htm. But don't expect them to use the Activities page, which is private to Outlook.
