Package for CD missing from Publish

I do not have the option Package for CD when I choose Publish in Powerpoint
2007. I have already seen the KnowledgeBase article and it did not help. I
also went into Office setup and made sure Run All from my computer was
selected for Powerpoint. Can anyone help?

Have you done a Detect and Repair? Package for CD is the first option under
publish in my version of 2007.

I have 4 choices under Publish:

Publish Slides
Create Handouts in Microsoft Word
Document Management Server
Create Document Workspace

I did run "Diagnose" under Powerpoint Options Resources.

Thanks for the feedback. I downloaded the Viewer and installed it but still

I don't know if this will make it perk up or not, but try installing the
Viewer from Office Online.

If all your service Patches have been installed, I think my next step would
be to uninstall and then reinstall PowerPoint. Which level of 2007 do you
have?

Dave;

I don't know what to tell you at this point, other than to maybe contact the
Microsoft Support at http://support.microsoft.com/ph/11264#tab8.
