On my Powerpoint 2007 the item Package For CD is missing

Not missing, jus in a different spot. Click on the Office button, then click
on Publish, and Package For CD is the top item.

On my Powerpoint 2007 the item Package For CD is missing
 
You may need to reinstall PowerPoint, opting for a custom install. Or go to
Windows Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs, choose MS Office 2007 and
Change. Then Add or Remove Features. Click PowerPoint and choose "run all
from my computer."
