P4R800-VM integrated ethernet problem

Just setting up a P4R800-VM with P4 2.6 and 2xCorsair 256DDR matched. I
cannot get the 3Com 3C920B-EMB-WNM Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller
Driver to install. I get a Code 10 which indicates the wrong driver. I
have tried the latest 3C920 from Asus' site and even the 90vx54 from 3Com's
site. Still getting a yellow exclamation mark and a Code 10.

Any ideas?

Try the chipset drivers from ATI. Mine works flawlessly and these are the
drivers I am using.
When I went to install XP on this machine the drivers on the CD would not
load but I am not 100% sure if these were the problem drivers. The drivers
from ATI however loaded fine and have been trouble free.
