P4P800-E "overclocking failed" msg driving me nuts

Put a system together using the P4P800-E and it runs fine. Overclocks
a 3.4 Gig processor to 3.7 without any voltage adjustment. But there's
a "feature" that's driving me nuts. It seems that sometimes when I
reboot I get a message saying "overclocking failed" even though it
didn't fail. If I go into the cmos and then save the settings without
making any changes, everything is fine. I think it happens when the
machine doesn't go through a full post test because I was messing
around with a boot floppy and turning the system on and off a lot when
I noticed it. Is there some way to disable this "overclocking failed"
message? Thanks for any help.

Try with a new power-supply. I had a same problem and it turned out to be a
defective PS, defect was present ONLY during reboot, it rebooted twice
during reboot sequence and BIOS detected that as "Overclock failure".
