What is the difference between these two cards (or between the I865 and
I875chipsets) ?

Kinda curious about this myself. From a look at the Asus
specs, the p4c has SATA whereas the p4p does not. I'd love
to see a side by side comparison feature, would make hunting
down the right mobo for my needs so much easier.

The P4P800 does indeed have SATA as well as SATA RAID, just like the
i875-based P4C800.
