P4c800e deluxe ram question

i would like to know what is the best dual ram for this board
i am looking right now at

kingston Hyper X 2*512
corsair twin X 2*512


and should i stay at ddr 400 or go to 433 , 466 or 500 ????

and i dont understand the timing thing ...... what is an aggresive timing

Running corsair XMS pc3700 , P4 2.8ht ,p4p800 dlx, at 237 system bus
(FSB 948) at 1:1.

Memtest86 ver3.0 for 3 hours no error, compressed a 4 gig file and no
errors. I has not been OC'd to the max yet (doubt I will do it).
