P4C800-E Deluxe & Audigy 2 ZS with ATI TV Wonder

Anybody have an issue with the Audigy & the TV Wonder on the P4C800-E
Deluxe? Can't get them to work together.

ATI TV card ran fine with the onboard sound. Removed the onboard
sound, installed the ZS over the weekend and now the TV viewer craps out
when I try to run it. If I remove the ZS driver and put back the onboard
sound the TV card works again.

Reinstalled new drivers for the ATI and the Audigy. Same thing again.

Argh.....
Maybe it's time for a new TV card. It's almost 6 years old.

Asus P4C800-E Deluxe
P4 2.6 800
2 512 Crucial 3200 sticks - slot 1 & 3
ATI 9600 XT
ATI TV Wonder PCI - slot 3
Audigy 2 ZS - slot 5
2 Hitachi 70 GB SATA Raid 0
Plextor PX-708A DVD writer
Lite-On JLMS XJ-DE166S DVD drive

All upgrades and latest drivers have been installed.

Thanks, Bob

Did you try the soundcard in slot 3 and your ati tv in slot 5? slot 5 is not
shared, and I know the audigy ZS works in slot 3 cuz that is where mine is,
and I put my SCSI raid controller in 5. Just a thought

I've got A P4C800-E Deluxe + ATI AIW Radeon 9700Pro + Audigy 2 (not ZS) and
everything works fine.
I find the sound a litlle bit weak but no problem at all with the TV.
