Not sure if i should be placing this question here or not, but i'll give it a
go anyway. I have a web site that sells items, and i don't want to charge
p&p within the UK, but i will need to charge p&p for overseas. I use the
paypal shopping basket. Anyone know if i can do this, or is it an issue that
i need to take up with paypal?
