OXE03c3a68 error message

While on the internet I sometimes get the following:
OXE03c3a68 pop up on my screen, The instruction
at "OXE03c3a68" referenced memory at "OXE03c3a68". The
memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the
program. I have run anti-virus, no bugs, and I have also
downloaded updates to my system, which is Windows 2000.
Has anyone every had this happen to them, and if so, what
is going on with my computer. Thank you.
 
Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
