Dear Sir,
Everytime I switch on my system Windows XP, I see the
message "Program failed to initialising Oxc0000005, click
Ok to stop the program". Also on upper lest corner I
see "SysExplr.exe", I do not know what to do. Could
anybody kindly help me?

Sounds like it might be a backdoor virus, check this for more information:

I only did a quick scan of the web so you may want to check with the big
anti virus companies.
