Owner account is a Guest Account

Chris Gilbert

Somehow I now have one user account -- Owner -- that has Guest Account
privileges. Thus, I am unable to do anything, such as add or change
user accounts, that require administrator privileges!

What do I need to do?
 
Try rebooting into safe mode and logging in as teh Administrator
that will then allow you to reset the account permissions for your "Owner"
Account
