Last evening, Aug. 22, I posted a question in this ng under subject "Strange
icon behavior". It's not showing up in the ng, at least to me. I know it
went thru because when I google the keywords I see the post in Vista Forums.

Any clues? Thanks.

There are problems if the 'use newsgroup communities support feature' is
enabled in Windows Mails option. Microsoft are currently looking into this.
If you still have problems then remove the check mark from the 'use
newsgroup communities support feature on the General tab of options.

John, thanks for the prompt reply, but I don't have "use newsgroup
communities support feature" on the General tab, or on any of the other
tabs.

John is using Windows Live Mail. You are using Windows Mail.

My apologies, George, Paul is correct I am using Windows Live Mail; however,
did add your newsgroups via the Windows Communities option in the left hand
pane of Windows Mail? If so the reason I gave in my last post may still
apply.

On WinMail it's "Use newsgroup message rating features".
