I can't get any users (except me) connected to OWA
(intranet)even though their credentials are accepted for
domain login and they can access mail using Outlook
2000. When I try to connect by typing in
http://server_name/exchange/user_name I get a login
prompt. When I supply the same credentials used for
domain login, I get an Access Denied error. What could
be the matter?

Try posting this to an Exchange group as Outlook Web Access is an Exchange
server feature, not Outlook.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Bill asked:
