OWA tries to install MS Access

I am running on an Exchange 5.5 server with Office 2003 as
the client. Whenever I go to access OWA and try to create
a new email it tries to install MS Access. I have to
cancel out of a battery of windows before I can even type
the message.

OWA is not part of the Office 2003 suite but is part of Exchange. Have you
already done a repair on Office? If it still gives you issues continue in an
Exchange newsgroup.
