OWA printing

When my users print their e-mail from OWA (2003), it is also printing the
background color of the e-mail. Not a real problem on my laserjet (just comes
out black text on a gray background), but eating up alot of ink for my users,
who mostly have inkjet printers. Is there a way to force these e-mails in
print in black and white only?
Thanks !!

Since Outlook Web Access is just their web browser accessing Exchange, the
print settings your browser implements are what should control it. While I
don't know for sure this will work (I've not tried it), if you're using
Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and uncheck the
"Print background colors and images" about two-thirds of the way down the
list.
