OWA opens any mailbox without Authentication

Since installing SP2, i can open any mailbox using OWA. OWA does not ask for
logon credentials. How do I fix this. I have checked the security on the
exchange folders to m.ake sure that authentication is required

After furious head scratching, (e-mail address removed) asked:
