owa not work on client pcs

hi,
i am facing a problem users cannot access there mails through owa.when they
try to access only logon window open,when they give username and
password,they got the message" page cannot be displayed" etc.all users ar
behinde wingate firewall.i check all settings are ok on firewall. i try to
access without firewall but same problem.

Try posting this in microsoft.public.exchange.clients - OWA is a part of Exchange and not Outlook, despite its name.
