OWA - can't enter in name and password

OWA User

I have a remote user who connects via AOL and then opens
IE to connect to OWA. Starting yesterday, she gets
promtped for her user name and password, but she can't
type anything in either field. She can tab between them,
but when she types, nothing comes up on the screen. She
says there are no problems inside of AOL.

Any ideas?
 
Ask in an Exchange or Internet Explorer newsgroup. OWA is part of Exchange;
not Outlook
