OWA:Cannot send mail/mail goes to draft folder

Whenever I use OWA I can receive mail. When I work behind a client's
firewall/proxy I cannot send/reply email. The email goes to the draft folder.
I'll appreciate if anyone has any pointers.

Have you checked the proxy settings in IE? That is probably the problem.

The proxy setting was set properly...I have indeed verified with the network
admin.
