OWA 2003: Replying to Emails

When using OWA 2003 to access my email account, I am
unable to reply to any emails, I keep getting an error
message saying "Forbidden". Can anyone assist me with
this matter?

Contact your mail administrator or ask in an Exchange newsgroup as OWA is
part of Exchange; not Outlook.
