owa 2003 forms

On my owa 2003 I dont see the open to create a new form...Is this
something that must be added? I only have new with a drop down
arrow...

Custom forms you create in Outlook don't work in OWA, which uses an entirely
different web-based, server-based forms mechanism. You'd have to design OWA
forms separately, using the information in the Exchange SDK from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/exchange/.

I guess a better way to describe this is if I want to send a form from
owa 2003 where is that option? In outlook it is new/choose form....I
dont have that in owa 2003....is this something that needs to be
configured?

There is no such option, because OWA uses an entirely different forms
mechanism from Outlook.
