Overwrite Indicator - Is there one?

I have overwrite turned activated in options. In Word 2003 there was an
indicator in the bottom of the screen that told you if overwrite was on or
not. I can't find that in Word 2007. Any ideas?

Right-click on the status bar and select the buttons you want displayed;
Overtype is one of them (displays "Insert" when Overtype is not enabled).
