Is there anyway to over slock the "e" machines 2400 chip
without changing jumers on the mother board?

eMachine, Dell, HP/Compaq and Gateway use mobo without
jumpers on their newer systems. I have an older HP 6465
(Celeron 433/FSB 66 MHz) that uses an ASUS MEVBM mobo, which
does have jumpers. HP very nicely used flush cutting snips
to remove ALL the jumper pins except the ones they wanted
you to use.

My guess is that you won't be able to set any jumpers and
without a changed BIOS from another source you won't have
any settings to OC the system.
