Outside access to home network

I have the MN-700 and I am running Vista Ultimate on my home system...I would
like to be able to access my home machine from work cannot for the life of me
get this router configured correctly.

Can someone help me out that what I need to do to configure this???

I use gotomypc and it works great. The cost is minimal.
