"output too large" error

I run a query in Access 97 and it provides the appropriate output - When I
try to use tools and analyze with Excel, it attempts to run and out into
excel and then dumps and the error is - output too large due to limitation of
access or "the name of the database"

Do you know of any settings that are required in Access to alleviate this
problem? -

Hi,

Are you shure that you don't exceed the maximum number of rows (65536 =
2^16) or columns (256 = 2^8) supported by Excel?
