Output File error

Hi,
i was trying to output my report into the server's folder. apparently,
there seems to be an error everytime i tried to output the report into .RTF
format. the error message as stated below:

Microsoft Office Access cant save the output file to the file you've selected.
*the file may be open. if so, close it and then save the output to the file
again.
*if you're using a template, check to make sure that the template exists.
*if the file isnt opened, check to make sure that you have enough disk space.
*check to make sure you have permission to write to that specific folder.

i've checked all the criterias stated and have fulfiled it, but it seems to
have this error message popping out everytime i tried to run this macro.
please help!

Can you please give the details of the macro, i.e. the actions and
arguments in the macro? Thanks.
