Outoook 2003

Well I beleive this is an outlook problem.

We recently changed over to Office 2003 pro and gets lots of emails with Word attachments. When we click on the attachment instead or the familiar, useable Word processing screen we get a kind of Word viewer. Thjis does not give us the opertunity of seeing the whole document at all. The only way round this we have found, is to save the attachnent and then double click we then get the usual Word layout.

How can we resolve this?

That's a word setting. You can click "Close" on the toolbar and return to
the full word window. you can also turn off the Reading Layout in Word's
tools, options screen.
