Outook Express attachments

Every email I get now with an attachment has the
following message:
OE REMOVED ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING UNSAFE ATTACHMENTS IN
YOUR MAIL: (attachment name)
The result is I cannot open any attachment from the
original message opening. What I can do is hit forward
as if sending somewhere else and then I can open it;
annoying to say the least.

How do I turn off this security feature so that I can
open attachments from original message?

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
