Outook 2003 not closing properly

[accessing a site in Sharepoint using Fro]

I have a users that every night shutdowns his computer. The next morning he
starts his computer and after that he opens up Outlook. He gests the message
"outlook has not closing propely and needs to be check". It takes about 20
minutes to do so. Anyone has a suggestions what is going on?

And he shuts down Outlook before shutting down his computer?

I have the same problem. I close Outlook successfully; then the next time I
try to open Outlook, I get the same msg noted below. It happens about 25% of
the time
