Outook 2003 Email Sent Time Indicated 1 hour behind PC time

I am using Windows XP Pro with MS Office 2003. When I
send email the sent time logged on the mail is 1 hour
behind the actual time I sent the email?? Any ideas???
 
You computer time, time zone or daylight savings time settings are not
correct.
