Move your current signatures to your Desktop when Outlook is closed. Start
Outlook again and see if you can get Signatures to work again.
You can find you signature files here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
What is logged to the Event Viewer?
Are the accounts listed all valid accounts?

It is Outlook 2003 and has SP2 updated. What happens is that I go to
tools, options, mail format and then it lets me click on signatures and scroll
up and down my various email accounts. But as soon as I click on a
signature
it crashes. So, no it won't even let me open the signatures to delete them.
I visited your howto-outlook website looking for an answer, but couldn't
find one (got lots of other great tips - thank you). I have pcpoint but no
errors are detected and I have run the detect and repair options from the
Help menu in Outlook.
Any suggestions?

What version of Outlook are you using? Can you remove your signatures or
does it crash before that?

Outlook keeps encountering errors and shutting down on me. It only
happens
when I am in the Tools/Options/MailFormat/Signatures window and it happens
every time I am there.
I have installed all the relevant updates. Should I reinstall outlook or
repair? Whats the difference? and would I lose my emails?
Thanks
