outlook2003 shutdown problem

Hi. Running XP Pro and Office 2003. Every time I shut-
down or re-start, a dialog box pops up
saying "outlook.exe is still running" or something
similar to that. This occurs even when I have exited all
application prior to shutdown. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you open Task Manager, you will see that outlook.exe is still running as
a process. Be sure that you have exited Outlook correctly.

Thanks for your response. Any idea why Outlook does not
shut down correctly -- thus leaving outlook.exe as a
running process?
