Outlook2003 cannot connect to Exchange 5.5

Windows2K, Office2000pro worked flawlessly with the
Exchange 5.5 server in house. Upgraded to Office2003Pro
and now Outlook2003 cannot connect to the Exchange server.

Works perfectly in IMAP. Suggestions? I have uninstalled
and reinstalled all to no avail. Removed the profile and
recreated. Get the same error message as others when
trying to check name...

Are the DNS settings correct for both the client and Exchange server?
